ContactGround provides aircraft scheduling, resource management, maintenance tracking, member coordination, and aviation weather integration for organizations that manage shared aviation resources.
To use certain features, you must create an account and provide accurate, current information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activity under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.
Organizations are responsible for managing member access, keeping aircraft/resource data accurate, maintaining logs, and ensuring compliance with aviation regulations. You agree to follow applicable laws and organizational policies.
ContactGround supplements but does not replace official maintenance logs, weather briefings, or regulatory requirements. Pilots must obtain official weather data, verify aircraft airworthiness, and comply with FAA and local authority regulations.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting unauthorized access, transmitting malware, interfering with system performance, impersonating others, or collecting data without consent. Use the Service only for lawful purposes.
Your use of ContactGround is also governed by our Privacy Statement, which explains how we collect, use, and safeguard personal information. By using the Service, you consent to the processing described in the Privacy Statement.
The Service, including its content, features, and functionality, is owned by ContactGround and protected by intellectual property laws. You agree not to copy, modify, or distribute the Service without prior written permission.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that data will be accurate or reliable.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ContactGround is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.
We may update or modify the Service and these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will update the version and date when material changes are made.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for other reasons. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States without regard to conflict of law provisions. Disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in the United States.
