This manual explains the feature that limits the number of upcoming calendar entries per member.

1. What Schedule Limits Do

Schedule limits prevent excessive future bookings by capping how many upcoming events a member can hold.

2. Organization Settings

Admins/owners can configure:

  1. Enable Schedule Limit
  2. Maximum future events
  3. Enforce limit for instructors and DPEs

3. Member Experience

When enabled:

  1. You can book normally until you reach your limit.
  2. Once at the limit, new bookings are blocked until you reduce upcoming events.

4. How to Resolve Limit Errors

  1. Cancel or reschedule unneeded upcoming events.
  2. Wait until upcoming events are completed.
  3. If needed, ask admin/owner to review organization limit settings.

5. Best Practices

  1. Keep only realistic upcoming bookings.
  2. Release slots early when plans change.
  3. Avoid placeholder bookings that block others.
